The wedding celebrations of Seema and James were so great to capture! The wedding day began with a traditional Indian ceremony in the morning followed by a traditional American ceremony in the afternoon. The couple’s families also hosted a fun reception to close out the momentous day in the evening. All of the events were held at the Bridlewood Venue in Madison, MS.

We are so happy to share a recent wedding from Natchez, Mississippi. Sarah Ellen and Chad’s wedding weekend started out with an intimate rehearsal dinner hosted by the groom’s parents at Linden— a historic home that now serves as a small bed-and-breakfast inn. A very special gift was presented to the couple by the bride’s father, shown in the first video below. (one of our favorite wedding moments ever!)

Today marks 6 years since Ashley and I began the journey of creating and running our company, Pioneer Productions, full-time. We've had the honor of filming some amazing stories from people all over Mississippi (and beyond). This video just scratches the surface. Some incredible people live here, and many more stories are to be told.

Chesni & Matt’s perfect Fall wedding was so beautiful to film! The bridal party got ready for the day at an Airbnb next to the venue called the Rooster. For the ceremony, guests gathered beyond a field to the perfect spot for a wedding tucked near a tree line. We loved capturing all the breathtaking colors of Fall for this video. After the ceremony, the celebration continued in the barn on the other side of the venue property where the couple shared many dances and fun times with their loved ones.

Last year we had the incredible opportunity to work with Save the Children, and we are so excited to share a few projects we produced. Our work centered around stories from the Mississippi Delta region and helped raise millions of dollars in fundraising for the organization.

We had the wonderful honor of filming a wedding for one of Ashley’s former classmates whom she has known since Kindergarten, Vijay, and his bride Shelly! The two-day wedding celebration began with a traditional Indian ceremony at the Westin in downtown Jackson followed by a traditional Christian ceremony at Millsaps College also in Jackson.

Pioneer Productions offers drone services for all aerial needs in Mississippi (and beyond). RD Chisholm, co-owner of the company, is a Part-107 certified drone pilot with over five years of experience in commercial use. We can fly nearly anywhere by working with the FAA to receive on-site approval.

Recently, we had the opportunity to film a quinceañera for a great family at Fondren Hall Venue in Jackson, MS. As the videographers for this event, we were able to capture some really sweet and fun times during the party. The evening featured a presentation of the court and family, father/daughter dance, mother/daughter dance, court dance, parent toasts, robot dance performances, & lots more.
