Deliverables: 2 Veterans Day Videos (4min Tour story, 2min Helicopter Crash story)

This video was commissioned by AARP Mississippi as part of a short online series honoring Veterans Day. We were grateful to interview a local veteran who shared his story with us.

After asking him only one question to kick off the interview, he talked for about two hours straight. We listened without interruption as he retold his experience in the Vietnam War.

To go along with some of the things he mentioned in his story, we later filmed bamboo forests and rolling hillsides in the Vicksburg Military Park. Down the road from his family home, we found a store he visited as a boy. He also shared photos and memorabilia from his time in the military, adding another layer to his story.
