Tenax Aerospace needed more than a standard corporate video—they wanted a film that captured their cutting-edge technology, dedication to service, and industry leadership. Our team at Pioneer Productions set out to deliver a flagship piece that not only highlights Tenax’s expertise, but also their human impact across the nation. Many of their clients and missions were, understandably, classified and not able to be discussed on camera. But one service we did get to highlight specifically was their efforts in wildfire fighting. Through our videos, it was great to showcase the dedication and impact they bring to wildfire response, providing critical support when it’s needed most. Interview-Driven Storytelling Across Multiple States

We started with authentic interviews, letting Tenax’s team and leadership speak directly about their journey, values, and the critical roles they play, not only in the aerospace industry itself but also in keeping our nation safe. These candid conversations became the backbone of a storyline to give an inside look at what drives Tenax forward.

Aerial Cinematography: Chasing the Action

During pre-development for this project, director and filmmaker R.D. Chisholm emphasized the importance of capturing the aircraft in active use. His input guided the team toward the approach needed to film the aircraft in action, ensuring the project included the footage that made all the difference.

The highlight of this project was producing the air-to-air footage. Our team took to the skies with Tenax pilots, capturing aerial footage of their aircraft in motion. This wasn’t CG or stock video—these were their real planes and real crews filmed from a second aircraft flying beside. This massive undertaking resulted in dynamic visuals that immerse their audience (industry associates and prospective clients) in the scale and complexity of Tenax’s operations. Coordinating these shoots demanded careful logistics, tight teamwork, and strict safety protocols. The attention to detail throughout planning and execution were well worth the effort, producing visuals that make this project truly stand out.

Branding Video and Wildfire Response Highlight

The final deliverables included:

  • Tenax’s flagship website branding video: The flagship branding video, featured prominently on their website, serves as a key touchpoint for potential clients and partners. By telling their story and highlighting the important role veterans play within their workforce, the video helps viewers gain a deeper understanding of the company’s mission and values. This visibility builds trust and confidence, making Tenax a familiar and credible choice when clients are ready to award contracts. It’s more than just a video—it’s a powerful introduction that supports Tenax’s business goals by fostering connections before any formal engagement begins.

  • Special wildfire response feature: In addition, a shorter, high-energy cut focuses specifically on Tenax’s wildfire response efforts. This highlight reel vividly captures their rapid deployment and critical support in wildfire emergencies, demonstrating the tangible, lasting impact they’ve made for communities across the United States.

Every step of production—vision, pre-production, filming, direction, editing—was led by Pioneer Productions’ owners, RD Chisholm & Ashley Thaxton Chisholm, alongside Tenax’s leadership team and business development. The result is a project we’re proud to share as a testament to our commitment to real stories, by working with companies who are making a positive impact on the world.

We’re grateful for the collaboration and support from the dozens of Tenax partners who were involved—this project wouldn’t have been possible without their efforts. We also want to sincerely thank all who serve and contribute to our country’s safety and well-being through their important work.
